John DoeIgnited Consultants Founder

I am a dynamic leader with a strong sense of commitment and the ability to establish cooperative, productive, and professional relations with parents, staff, and the wider community.

I am an experienced and motivated school leader with an extensive background in leadership. I have a proven track record of success in curriculum planning and its implementation, and I have established protocols for learning that are still in place today. My experience includes preparing schools for COBIS accreditation and aligning it with local regulations.

I am proud of the fact that I have created a positive school culture and worked to inspire staff and management to pursue well-being for its employees and promote a culture of learning, teaching them to value both.

My teaching focus and my training specialism are in phonics and all that it entails. I also specialize in ESL provision, establishing protocols, and delivering lectures. I am comfortable developing rigorous programs of development that will ensure a strong, steady relationship between staff, families, and students.

I have held senior positions for a total of 12 years. I understand the complexities of being a leader in a high school setting. My specialism is in behavior and counselling.
I also have strong administrative skills. I Spearheaded the merger of two schools, transferring educational authority and facilitating the smooth transition for the newly combined staff and student body, all accomplished in a short time span to meet the school opening and its deadlines.
I am innovative in my approach and creative in my outcomes. I have a strong belief that all young people can achieve and be their idea of successful. I am a Capable leader, empowering and inspiring staff to achieve their professional best. Skilled at implementing school development plans, policies, and procedures aligned with all relevant regulations and curricular goals.
As a former social worker and counselor, I can help support both the school and parents with difficult teens. I am ready to discuss issues of crisis intervention, the need for emotional and behavioral support, and helping to find solutions.
Together we will support, advise, and help your school to reach its potential and ensure  that the students are fully supported and able to grow, and that at the heart of the school is the parent and the knowledge that pathways are created for them.

I am keen to support students, whatever their starting point, with or without English as an additional language or learning difficulties to achieve their goals academically and beyond. I believe in teaching the whole child and supporting them to achieve their dreams, whatever they might be.

From 2020 to 2023, I worked in Kyrgyzstan as the Head of the Learning Diversity and Inclusion department. During those three years, I transformed the department from a small untrained group of teaching assistants into an efficient and well-trained department. I introduced baseline reading and spelling tests across the school, collated and analyzed data to identify children needing extra help both inside and outside the classroom, and conducted whole school and departmental training sessions on many aspects of inclusive learning.

Since returning to the UK, I have consulted for the department I created and conducted online diagnostic assessments when needed to help students get the support they need in academic, social, and formal exam situations. Prior to working in Central Asia, I was a specialist Specific Learning Difficulties tutor working with students from state and private schools in England on a one-to-one basis before, during, and after school and at the weekends to boost their learning or address additional challenges they might be facing.
